  • Scheduled Monthly Maintenance: Scheduled Maintenance is provided monthly by your Dedicated Engineer. Customised maintenance, weekly/fortnightly is also available.
  • Remote Support: Remote support is all work carried out over the telephone. Most issues these days can be solved remotely giving great turnaround times to solve your issues quickly. On-site Support
  • On-site Support: On-site support is included to facilitate your on-site requirements, such as, setting up new PC's, fixing hardware and general on-site tasks.
  • Dedicated Engineer: Your Dedicated Engineer will ensure your network is managed proactively and works closely with our Help Desk and Management team to ensure maximum business continuity. Our Engineers all have a Diploma of IT and are qualified in Microsoft, Cisco and more. We have a loyal team, so staff turn-over is very low at Microsharp.
  • Dedicated Account Manager: Your dedicated Account Manager is available to provide assistance with any non-technical requirements and keeps you in the loop of the latest technology services and advancements relating to your network.
  • Network Monitoring and Maintenance Report
  • Patch Management: Microsharp will manage and deploy all network patches (e.g. Windows Updates) relating to your Server/Desktops. Network Management
  • Network Management: Microsharp monitoring systems ensures complete network management over your Desktops, Servers and Network devices
  • Same Day On-site Response Time: The standard SLA for a Managed Support Plan for on-site response time's is, same day. Remote support is immediate.
  • Hardware & Software Procurement: Microsharp can provide complete procurement services giving below RRP prices. When you purchase your equipment from Microsharp, we will manage the entire process from purchase to setup.
  • Business Hours Support: Business Hours Support is Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
